"A coach is someone that sees beyond your limits and guides you to greatness."

... I WAS LOST.

As a teenager, I did not know who I was. Being raised by Vietnamese parents and growing up in Germany, I felt stuck between cultural expectations. I was so busy pleasing everyone and smiling, that I never thought about my own needs and desires. Not only did I have to battle with all the voices in my head but also try to understand the emotions that were locked up inside me. Never would I share my problems with anyone, believing that no one would understand me anyway. But at the same time, I often tried to find the answer to the problem outside of me, making me feel lost and disconnected from myself ...

I am not alone.

It was not until I met amazing people that helped me realize that everything starts from within. But the journey within was incredibly scary because I often had to face and accept myself the way I was ... also the side that I always tried to hide.

That is why I am so grateful to my family, friends, mentors, and coaches that guided me during this process and loved me the way I was - with all my flaws.

This helped me to feel comfortable in my own skin, a fundamental state in order to be more self-aware and step out of my comfort zone.

Every new years eve, I would try to visualize what I have achieved. But somehow I used to remember the negative things more often than the positive things, which is quite a shock because that showed me how low I thought about myself. Contrarily, I would always see others, how much they have improved - an unhealthy way of treating myself. Maybe you also feel the same or have the same little voices, that want to convince you that you have not achieved anyhting.

That is why I started #mydailylearning. A challenge on social media (Facebook , Instagram and TikTok ) where people can share their personal stories and learnings with the community.
For me, it is a great way to keep myself accountable and build a habit of reflecting on my life and also see the positive side. So that next new years eve, I can certainly say that I had 365 positive memories or learnings from failures - which to me are positive things too!

Are you ready to share your unique stories?

Dare to share!

If you are like me, then you might not always feel comfortable sharing your stories and challenges with everyone. In that case, I am more than happy to take my time in a 1on1 session, where I will create a comfortable environment and pay 100% of my attention to you because I believe that everyone deserves to be heard.

Feel free to contact me on social media at any time. ((:

My services

During my time in New Zealand, I met so many great and kind-hearted people that taught me so much about life. Being deeply grateful to those meaningful encounters, that shaped me to the person I am now, it is now my turn to give back to the community.
